Yuzu juice powder gives a citrus zing to your shellfish, sorbets and chocolate desserts. Yuzu are small Japanese citrus fruits, with a similar flavour to mandarin and lime. This powder gives you the bright taste of yuzu without any bitterness.
Yuzu juice powder brings the flavour of yuzu to your bakes, without altering the texture of the mixture. Sprinkle through madeleine batters, add a pinch to macaroon shells or stir through choux pastry. You can also add this yuzu juice powder to mousse and cream-based puddings.
