Use Terre Exotique’s candied yuzu peel for a burst of citrus floral flavour – add it to peel mixes in filled sweet buns, use it to garnish dark chocolate torte, or add a finishing touch to classic lemon posset. The peel has notes of mandarin and grapefruit which also work well on a cheese board with hard cheese such as Manchego or goats cheese.
