The Signature carving set includes a 16cm/6″ carving knife and 13cm/5″ carving fork are ideal for holding and accurately carving poultry and meat, the fork can also help lift and turn the meat during cooking. This set is smaller than the individual carving knife and fork, ideal for smaller joints of meat.
Fully forged from high quality German stainless steel, the knife has a Japanese-style, hand applied 15° edge for superior sharpness. The carving fork features a forged, double-tine head and is supplied with a guard. Both have ergonomically shaped handles for comfort, balance and to minimise fatigue in use.
