Perello’s caperberries can be eaten straight from the jar, served alongside smoked salmon, or used to garnish silky hummus. These Moroccan caperberries are jarred with whole cloves of garlic and pickled with vinegar, giving them a salty, tangy flavour.
Perello’s caperberries are still attached to stalks, making them ideal for serving as a pre-dinner nibble.
