Inessence Wasabi Crisps
Made by Patatas Rubio in Spain, a third generation family of artisan crisp makers, making quite possibly the best hand cooked crisps in Europe, possibly the World.
Wasabi, a flavour that has gained a lot of fans in the last ten years but this is actually been around for a very long time, in fact a very ancient plant, from Japan. Similar in tone to mustards and horseradish, and like those flavours in that it can also pack a punch.
- Ingredients; Potatoes, sunflower oil, olive oil and wasabi flavour [aroma, salt, dextrose, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), onion, acidity regulator (citric acid and tartaric acid) and garlic]
