The Milano 100cm Fry Top Dual Fuel range cooker is one of ILVEs most popular models from the Milano collection. With the flexible fry top, also known as a chef top or Teppanyaki griddle, you can cook anything from a full English breakfast, meat and fish to Japanese style stir fry dishes.
Design Features
The Milano includes ILVEs unique E3 precision temperature control, allowing you to adjust the temperature in just 5 degree increments with minimal temperature fluctuation. The Milano 100cm Fry Top range cooker features soft close oven door and full width storage drawer. The Milano style comes from its heritage with a traditional Italian finish. Choose from four trims including chrome, brass, copper and bronze and a choice of 8 standard colours or there is the option to colour match, with ILVEs colour match service.
Oven Functions
The Milano 100cm Fry Top range cooker features two large ovens including a 65 litre oven capacity in the left hand oven and a 57 litre capacity in the right hand oven. There is a choice of 15 oven functions including a specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. The continuously turning spit allows the meat to self-base and ensures minimal mess. Additional functions include the quick start rapid heat up that heats to 200 degrees in 6 minutes, and the pizza setting that recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The range cookers baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly. With the new steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control.
The ovens interior is similar to cleaning a non-stick pack due to its easy clean enamel oven lining. All ILVE range cookers are A+ rated for energy efficiency.

The Milano 100cm Fry Top Dual Fuel range cooker features 6 high quality, cast-iron individual pan supports and solid brass burners. In addition to the burners is the option of a solid stainless steel fry top griddle. The fry top is an accessory which can be placed on top of 2 burners, and removed when it is no longer needed. With easy clean black nanotechnology coating, ILVEs burners are non-stick, easy to clean, durable and highly resistant to fire. The Milano 100cm Fry Top dual fuel range cooker has 6 individual gas burners controlled with one hand ignition: 1 x 4.3kW wok burner, 3 x 3kW medium burners and a 1.4kW small burner.
Safety Features
ILVEs cookers are designed to ensure the safety of its users, including a fascia fan to keep the controls cool. The oven doors are cool touch with triple glazed glass and the burners feature a flame safety decide to shut off the gas if the flame goes out. Finally, every ILVE cooker features a child safety lock, perfect for young families.
