The cooking system found at the heart of the BeefEater Signature 7000 Series Classic Built in Gas BBQ – 4 Burner combines both cast iron burners and stainless-steel vaporisers.
The cast iron used for the burners heats up quickly, will maintain consistent heat plus will last a very long time while the 4.2kW of power in each burner provides the ability to sear steaks at high heat, or turn the power down low to give maximum choice in what to cook and how to cook it.
The stainless steel dual vapourisers have been engineered to efficiently disperse the heat across the grill and plate cooking surfaces whilst minimising the chance for excess cooking grease to fall back onto the burners to cause messy flare ups which will taint the taste of the food being cooked.
